In Isaiah 3, God asks this question of those
who would oppress His people and the
poor:
Isaiah 3:15... "What
do you mean by crushing my people and grinding the faces of the
poor?" Declares the Lord, the LORD Almighty".
Then in Psalm 12, God says for the
oppression of the weak He will rise:
Psalm 12:5... "Because of the
oppression of the weak and the groaning of the needy, I will now
arise," says the LORD. "I will protect them from those who malign
them."
