Christmas Radio Message 2003
[Note: This message was given in part live on the radio,
and in light of this I must note here that these are my written notes; and my
full comments are on tape (available without cost for those who request it).
For a copy please email.]
I was not going to speak on this worldly holiday this
season; however, I have learned that I had to again address this "so-called"
sacred assembly by so many of this world - you know I felt many of you would
not repent and stop celebrating this worldly pagan holiday anyway – (especially
with the moneymakers reaping great profits off of those who feel emotionally
obligated to purchases these toys, trees and flowers – you know when I think
about - I think of the story about the Apostle
Paul and Barnabas in
Acts 19…
“23 And about that time there arose a great commotion about the Way. 24 For a
certain man named Demetrius, a
silversmith, who made silver shrines of Diana, brought no small profit to the
craftsmen. 25 He called them together with the workers of similar
occupation, and said: "Men, you
know that we have our prosperity by this trade. 26 Moreover you see and
hear that not only at Ephesus, but throughout almost all Asia, this Paul has persuaded and turned away many
people, saying that they are not gods which are made with hands. 27 So not
only is this trade of ours in danger of falling into disrepute, but also the
temple of the great goddess Diana may be despised and her magnificence
destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worship.” 28 Now
when they heard this, they were full of wrath and cried out, saying,
"Great is Diana of the Ephesians!" 29 So the whole city
was filled with confusion, and rushed into the theater with one accord, having
seized Gaius and Aristarchus, Macedonians, Paul's travel companions)”
Here, we see these evil men
only concern about how much money they were making on the holiday; and how much
they could lose if the people stop buying their “silver shrines”. Today,
we have these same merchants reaping great profits off of the poor and least of
the Christian community during this Satan inspired holiday called Christmas. These
poor Christians go into debt, become depressed, commit suicide, steal from one
another, kill each other, and made to feel guilty - all in the name of our Lord
and Savior Christ Jesus. Yet, I tell you today, those self-appointed
ministers and “super” televangelists will receive their just due for
their part in this evil against those seeking salvation in Christ.
Also, I know because of this great profit around Xmas the
world will never stop promoting this worldly holiday; yet,
God reminded me that I must continue to remind you of these things; and the
fact that as long as I have compassion for the sheep of God – and these wolves
are driving astray with their many doctrines of Satan. I continue to speak for
those without understanding and speak against those who deceives...
Last year, I was saying I see nothing wrong with
Christians wanting to “set-aside
a day” to celebrate Christ’s birth. However, over the past year and
especially the recent months I have found this statement to be not fully inline
with the Holy Scriptures, and I thank God for giving me a more fully understanding
concerning this Xmas holiday. Now, I see this whole Christmas thing about Jesus
birth is more a doctrine of Satan like many other doctrines taught by the
churches of this world and it is more smoother in its deceitfulness than other
doctrines these churches (human organizations) of this world teaches. For I,
myself was being carried away with this notion that if you stopped all the
capitalism and greed of getting gifts that went with this worldly holiday it
would be alright to “set aside a day”
to reflect on the birth of Jesus. Take for example my previous conclusion. I
stopped celebrating Christmas more than 14 years ago, then these past years
I soften my stance on it somewhat- by saying it was alright if a Christian
wanted to “set aside a day” to
reflect on Christ birth - yet they must be careful as to not to think that
these other things (such as Santa Claus, Xmas trees and the lights, reindeers
and frosty the snowman and mistletoes and the like) that most believe makes up
Xmas; these things are not approved by God. What I should have said – is what I
began to say 14 years ago when I receive understanding from God on this matter;
and that is this that you can reflect on Christ's birth as much as the
Scriptures pointing to it; and only in that context of the Holy Scriptures and “not setting aside a special day for
this reflection” – “not setting up a
sacred holiday to celebrate Christ's birth” which is not inline with
Scripture. Only in so far as we view it in the fact that God used a virgin to
bring forth that, which always existed into the human form as a Man. We should
not celebrate this as a Feast Day for the Lord or sacred assembly. We as
Christians must remember what the Holy Scriptures says concerning God the
Almighty and His Son Christ (the Anointed) Jesus that He has no beginning or
ending.
John 1
1 In the beginning was the
Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He
was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through
Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In
Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the
light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name
was John. 7 This man came for a witness, to bear
witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. 8 He was
not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That
was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. 10
He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world
did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive
Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to
become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who
were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man,
but of God.
The Word Becomes Flesh
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld
His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace
and truth. 15 John bore witness of Him and cried out,
saying, "This was He of whom I said, "He who comes after me is
preferred before me, for He was before me."'
And
again in…
1 John 1
1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we
have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled,
concerning the Word of life — 2 the
life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you
that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us—3
that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have
fellowship with us; and truly our
fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
The Priest Melchizedek who was Christ appearing as the
High Priest of God in the Old Testament had no beginning or ending (Gen 14:18-20 and Heb 1-28)…
Genesis
14
18 Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was the priest of God Most High. 19And
he blessed him and said: "Blessed be Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven
and earth; 20And blessed be God Most High, Who has delivered your
enemies into your hand." and he gave him a tithe of all.
Then in Hebrews 7, the Holy Spirit helps us in more fully
understanding this “Melchizedek, King of Salem, Priest of the Most High God” of
whom it is said by the Spirit He had “neither beginning of days nor end of
life”. Now, I want you to mediate on this phrase while you of celebrating this
so-called “birthday of Christ”. I mean think about what I am saying here…
Hebrews 7
1 For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the Most
High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and
blessed him, 2 to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all, first
being translated "king of righteousness," and then also king
of Salem, meaning "king of peace," 3 without father,
without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of
life, but made like the Son of God, remains a priest continually. 4 Now
consider how great this man was, to whom even the patriarch Abraham gave a
tenth of the spoils. 5 And indeed those who are of the sons of Levi,
who receive the priesthood, have a commandment to receive tithes from the
people according to the law, that is, from their brethren, though they have
come from the loins of Abraham; 6 but he whose genealogy is not
derived from them received tithes from Abraham and blessed him who had the
promises. 7 Now beyond all contradiction the lesser is blessed by
the better. 8 Here mortal men receive tithes, but there
he receives them, of whom it is witnessed that he lives. 9 Even
Levi, who receives tithes, paid tithes through Abraham, so to speak, 10 for
he was still in the loins of his father when Melchizedek met him. 11
Therefore, if perfection were through the Levitical priesthood (for under it
the people received the law), what further need was there that another priest should rise according to the order of Melchizedek,
and not be called according to the order of Aaron? 12 For
the priesthood being changed, of necessity there is also a change of the law.
13 For He of whom these things are spoken belongs to another tribe, from
which no man has officiated at the altar. 14 For it is evident that
our Lord arose from Judah, of which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning
priesthood. 15 And it is yet
far more evident if, in the likeness of Melchizedek, there arises another
priest 16 who has come, not according to the law of a
fleshly commandment, but according to
the power of an endless life. 17 For
He testifies: "You are a priest forever According to the order of
Melchizedek." 18 For on the one hand there is an annulling
of the former commandment because of its weakness and unprofitableness, 19
for the law made nothing perfect; on the other hand, there is the
bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.
Greatness of the New Priest
20 And inasmuch as He was not made priest without an oath 21 (for
they have become priests without an oath, but He with an oath by Him who said
to Him: "The LORD has sworn And will
not relent, "You are a priest forever According to the order of
Melchizedek"')… (See Ps. 110:4)
[Note: I speak more about
references here to the “priesthood being changed” and the “change of the law”
and whom should “receive tithes” in my “tithes and offerings” section at www.kemonline.411-cashflow.com/TithesandOfferings-TheDeceptionoftheMasses.html.]
Here in Hebrews 7, God's Word tells us that He and His
Christ Jesus have no beginning or ending - yet every year these people
who claimed to be celebrating the birth of God the Christ by buying gifts for
themselves and setting up trees in the name of Christ (and not only them but we
have unbelievers who also celebrating it) – the religious leaders established
the celebrating of a sacred assembly day saying God was born on this day and
proclaiming Christ’s life began, and He do have a beginning - this is outright
blasphemy by these religious churches. Let me again explain to you what I mean
by unbelievers (or shall I say unfaithful ones), because their are those who
believe that God exists and there is a God; yet they refuse to obey God which
proves that they do not believe God (see the book of James for more on faith
without actions or works) just as the Israelites coming out of Egypt always
rebelled against God even after He showed Himself and His glory in bringing to
them by bringing them out of Egypt and leading them by day as the Cloud and
night as a fire - yet the Scripture say they died in the desert because of
their unbelief - and I pray that none of you will suffer this fate because of
your unbelief in God's Word.
Some of these "so-called" religious and
mainstream Christians say *homosexuality is okay *women preachers are
okay; now *is it any wonder that these same "so-called"
mainstream Christians think there is nothing wrong with Santa Claus and
Reindeers and decorated trees in the worship of the one true Living God. They
go as far as calling those who do not partake in these worldly traditions of
men “ungodly” names. Thereby, declaring and proving themselves to be
disapproved concerning the faith and Spirit of Christ, else they would not say
or do such things.
As the Spirit says in 2 Corinthians 13…
2 Corinthians 13
4 For though He was crucified in
weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we
shall live with Him by the power of God toward you. 5 Examine
yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know
yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless indeed you are disqualified.
6 But I trust that you will know that we are not disqualified.
Some of
you out there who wish to continue with this worldly holiday call Xmas would
say that I am trying to kill your "joy" and "hope" in the
belief of Xmas (some even say this is there only hope that is to celebrate Xmas
each year – considering so much evil in this world). Well, my response to this
is if your only hope in this evil an adulterous world is to believe in Xmas and
Santa Claus; and to lie to your children about this mythical character, then I
say that you Christians are of all men on this miserable planet are the most
misery of all people as the Holy Scripture says you may as well eat, drink, and
be merry for tomorrow we die. As it is written, what I want to do is this to
cause you to have godly sorrow – to feel guilty so you will repent; and submit
to the will of God, and if that takes away your “joy and hope” then I pray that
you are sad. Most will ask this question or remark; “you don’t people to feel
guilty about celebrating Xmas do you? My response is, Yes I Do!
Let me ask you these
questions in the book of John, Jesus the Christ the One in whom you Xmas lovers say you are worshipping says God is looking for
true Worshippers who will worship Him in Spirit and Truth. How can you worship
God in Spirit with a decorated tree representing eternal life? How can you
worship God in Truth with Santa Claus delivering gifts to your children? I mean
how do you explain your sacred assembly on Xmas in light of these Scriptures.
As I said before in times past, and I say again most do not even attend a
church service on Xmas - they go about opening their gifts for those they “love”
and for themselves. And why is it the Holy Scriptures do not show any holy
people of God celebrating their birth nor do God mention such days except when
speaking of evil men and women who are rebelling against God and killing His
people, which is witchcraft?
Book declares God is
Spirit and those who seek to worship must worship Him in spirit and truth. Most
read and quote this Scripture without even thinking of the profound meaning of
this truth. I ask you this what is the meaning of Xmas trees, gifts, and
mythical characters have to do with spiritual truth? Notice these verses…
John 4
19 The woman said to
Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. 20 Our
fathers worshiped on this mountain, and you Jews say that in Jerusalem is the
place where one ought to worship." 21 Jesus
said to her, "Woman, believe Me,
the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem,
worship the Father. 22 You worship what you do not
know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews. 23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will
worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to
worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must
worship in spirit and truth."
Let me again ask you another question: What does God mean when He says, “I hate
your sacred assemblies?”
[Note: I
ask these questions because I want you to think about what you do in this world
– knowing that Satan is the god of this world you should always test what the
leaders of this world’s churches and society come up with for you to do to see
if it is from God. Remember, Daniel and his friends concerning the statue that
was set up by the leaders of Babylon (there is a reason the book of Daniel is
our key to understanding prophecy; and why God refers to the religious
establishments in this society and this world government as Babylon).]
Amos 5
18 Woe to you who desire the day of
the LORD! For what
good is the day of the LORD to you? It will be darkness, and not light. 19 It will be as though a man
fled from a lion, And a bear met him! Or as though he went into the house,
Leaned his hand on the wall, And a serpent bit him! 20 Is not the day of the LORD darkness,
and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it? 21 "I hate, I
despise your feast days, And I do not savor your sacred assemblies. 22 Though
you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I will not accept them,
Nor will I regard your fattened peace offerings. 23 Take away from Me the noise of your songs, For I will not
hear the melody of your stringed instruments.
9 "And it shall come to pass
in that day," says the Lord GOD, "That I will make the sun go down at
noon, And I will darken the earth in broad daylight; 10 I will turn your feasts into mourning, And all your
songs into lamentation; I will bring sackcloth on every waist, And
baldness on every head; I will make it like mourning for an only son, And its
end like a bitter day.
Who is these “unfaithful people”? Who is this “Her” God
refers to? Is not this the people of God?
Hosea 2
God's Unfaithful People
2 "Bring charges against your mother, bring charges; For she is not My wife, nor am I her
Husband! Let her put away her harlotries from her sight, And her adulteries
from between her breasts;… 4 "I will not have mercy on her
children, For they are the children of harlotry… 9 "Therefore I
will return and take away My grain in its time And My new wine in its season, And will take back My wool and My linen,
Given to cover her nakedness. 10 Now I will uncover her lewdness
in the sight of her lovers, And no one shall deliver her from My hand. 11 I will also cause all her
mirth to cease, Her feast days, Her New Moons, Her Sabbaths -- All her
appointed feasts.
Isaiah
55
6 Seek the LORD while He may be
found, Call upon Him while He is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake his
way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He
will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon. 8 "For My thoughts are
not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the LORD. 9
"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher
than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.
Who are “My people” referring to in verse 1? Please take
note as to what being said of this people who seem to be religious…
Isaiah
58
1 "Cry aloud, spare not;
Lift up your voice like a trumpet; Tell
My people their transgression, And the house of Jacob their sins. 2 Yet they seek Me daily, And
delight to know My ways, As a nation that did righteousness, And did not
forsake the ordinance of their God. They ask of Me the ordinances of justice;
They take delight in approaching God. 3 "Why have we
fasted,' they say, "and You have not seen? Why have we afflicted our
souls, and You take no notice?' "In
fact, in the day of your fast you find pleasure, And exploit all your laborers.
4 Indeed you fast for strife and debate, And to strike with the
fist of wickedness. You will not fast as you do this day, To make your voice
heard on high. 5 Is it a fast
that I have chosen, A day for a man to afflict his soul? Is it to bow down
his head like a bulrush, And to spread out sackcloth and ashes? Would you call this a fast, And an
acceptable day to the LORD? 6 "Is this not the
fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy
burdens, To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke? 7 Is
it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that you bring to your house
the poor who are cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him, And
not hide yourself from your own flesh? 8 Then your light shall break
forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your
righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear
guard. 9 Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer; You shall
cry, and He will say, "Here I am.' "If you take away the yoke from
your midst, The pointing of the finger,
and speaking wickedness, 10 If you extend your soul to the hungry
And satisfy the afflicted soul, Then your light shall dawn in the darkness, And
your darkness shall be as the noonday. 11 The LORD will guide you
continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You
shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not
fail. 12 Those from among you Shall build the old waste places; You
shall raise up the foundations of many generations; And you shall be called the
Repairer of the Breach, The Restorer of Streets to Dwell In. 13 "If you turn away your
foot from the Sabbath, From doing your pleasure on My holy day, And call the
Sabbath a delight, The holy day of the LORD honorable, And shall honor Him, not
doing your own ways, Nor finding your own pleasure, Nor speaking your own
words, 14 Then you shall delight yourself in the
LORD; And I will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth, And feed you
with the heritage of Jacob your father. The mouth of the LORD has spoken."
In Revelation 11:1-14, the people of
this world are going to give gifts to each other after the two witnesses are
killed. The beast in the end-time kills the two prophets of God who preached
the Gospel to this evil adulterous world; and the people of this world will
celebrate their death with similar practices of this Xmas holiday such as
giving each other gifts.
You know what really wears me down about these Xmas lovers
and their worldly traditions is they are always saying
things like "let's get back to the reason for the season". I
suspect they mean Christ is the reason for Xmas; yet Christ would never be
caught celebrating this worldly pagan holiday created by men. Look into it for
yourself; did Jesus go around setting up Xmas trees and giving worldly gifts to
little children? Notice Luke 12:13-21.
Now, next week I was going to pick back up with my study
on Rev 3:5 (this satanic doctrine of
once saved always saved); but after what some of these capitalistic Christians
are saying about Kwanzaa I thought it would be good for me to weigh in on this
question, should Christians celebrate "Kwanzaa"?
May God bless and continue to bless you and your household until we speak
again. Amen. Praise God.
